Get the prgm called PArtition Magic. Make a seperate FAT/FAT32 PArtition (correct me if i'm wrong), then install.I dont get why you'd want 3 OSes. It'd be a royal Pain in the ars to manage.

I need 98 for music composing, as I don't know to use linux apps, and as xp suck when creating music.

Uhm, you'd better back up your boot sector somehow, 'cos win98se overwrites the one on c:, it might remove your bootloader, I think, if that's on c:.

Me, I'd take the opportunity to start over, ie repartition and format, and then installing them in this sequence: windows98 -> windows xp -> linux. 'cos like gurahl says, you need to put win98 on the c: drive, and it really needs to be installed at the beginning of the disc.

That way you get the windows loader with grub or lilo on top, and a lemony fresh system to boot.

Multiboots are easy enough to manage if you start them off in an orderly fashion, so don't be afraid of it. Although I don't quite get why you need win98 for music, can't you install an external aspi filter or something and everything needed on xp?
