does anyone have anymore sites that sell the 1gb cd-rs... I tried the seach on google and i got nothing????
you can get 1gb cd-rs. i think there was a link further up the post
edit:maybe not. but if you just search google for 1gb cdr or somethin like that.
naw google dont got... i say just buy cdrs 2 of them will = it
maybe ebay?
strange, why do you guys ask for links when i posted one? you should read the whole post before posting stupid replys. also livy postet my link again. these are not only used for dreamcast. you can use them for computer games, too. but why waste the space if pc games are developed for 700mb? get your data/music on them. i bought a pack at my pc store (they had an add in the papers)... the 1gb discs worked finr in my discman, stereo system, and computer. my dvd-player didn't except them, but it won't except normal dvds too, so it might just be my busted dvd-player.Originally posted by artmaster88@6 April 2003 - 03:18
there was a topic about this before somewhere.
well aynways that one was for the uk.
why don't you try google. i even found 1GB CD-Rs wait a sec...
http://store.axidata.ca/kore/catalog/Elect...UE/product.html
found one place you can get a 10 Pack, pretty expensive though... a toaled dvd-r are cheaper...
just enter something like
cd-r 1GB
or
cd-r 1000MB
into google, you'll find something believe me!
same of course for 800/900MB discs

o yeah, i used google to find the page. be sure to use Google.com or this funky Google page
here's a link to my results:
RESULTS FOR PEOPLE THAT DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE GOOGLE!
and that's only the first page, you need to use the search funktion and not just say: find 1GB cdr so i can burn shit...
how hard is it?

You Better Keep In Mind That I Can Read Between The Lines
Never argue with an idiot, they drag you down to there level and beat you with experience!!
yea it is... but i totally know 1000mb is not 1gb!
OK, I'm not sure what's going on here. I found a site with a picture that says 1GB here:
http://www.cddimensions.com/cd-r_media/mtc...tc-al707bku.asp
But I also went to Mitsui's Web Site, and I couldn't find any mention of 1GB CD-R's. I don't really believe the discs can hold that much. Maybe that one product just comes with some kind of compression utility that lets you backup 1GB worth of data on a 700MB disc. But like I said, I'm really not sure.
