That one is within teh board rules. Nice oneAsk if this is small enough. It's not as big, not as good quality but it's a smaller file size.

That should be entirely within the rules, unless the old one was much bigger that one should have been too, I thought.
sig + av has to be less than 100kB, and then there's the pixel thing, which I thought was ok too with the old one.
Maybe IKE is just mental.
