Overnet Lite Won't Connect

Hey guys, just formatted my hard drive and I'm putting Overnet lite 0.52 [or 0.53] on it. here's trhe thing though, when i open it up it won't connect. ive tried configuring most things I can think of but it won't conenct. Can someone help please?

try replacing your contact.dat file, with overnet closed
