Comics until recently....after I moved I had many expenses.....
For example I had to buy this...
...and can't spend thousands of dollars on comics books.I have to buy a gazebo, grill, picnic tabl.......
I realized also that buying DVDs was numskull thing to do as well after seeing that I had bought 700+ DVDs...and an HD picture kicks it in the ass...
(Blu-Ray Disc or HD-DVD is the future). I would advise anyone to completely stop buying DVDs RIGHT NOW!!!
All those fucking games I have and most of them are still shrink wrapped. WTF!!!
I stay behind the curve and don't really buy games at $50 (except RE4). I wait until they drop to about $15 or so.
Still I have too many fucking games (and about every game system that came to the states). I would like some more Vectrex games though.
My conclusion...
I don't have everything I want yet.
Collecting shit causes a deep gaping hole in my psyche (when realizing the money spent)
I find my collection are rarely revisited enough to warrant the money.
So.....FUCK COLLECTING!!!
I'll collect that BMW 745Li soon...very soon.
