What's up with speeds

DUMeter is nice, you can see when your upstream is getting maxed, and you can then limit upstream accordingly, but yeah hellbender is spot on with his calculations, you might need to go bit lower on occation to reach max download speed if there are alot of sources.

But surely, even with a highly capped upload, I will still get faster speeds than on 512 when i'm on 8MB
