    but seriously, the reason I like sports...
    its competition I guess, plain and simple
    not so much "my penis is bigger than yours!" kinda stuff,
    (although I am sure Busychick would lose that contest)...

    i can get almost the same out of a chess match
    (but chess matches dont have the crunching hits like the NFL,
    or the grand slam in the bottom of the 9th to put a team in the Series,
    nor the 15 car pile-ups or 190 MPH speeds of NASCAR)

    but theres also the teamwork, sportsmanship
    the anticipation of someone doing the undoable,
    breaking the unbreakable record (unless theyre juiced on roids)
    rooting for the underdog to rally against unbeatable odds

    hell i dont know, i would say i guess you have to be a guy, but...
    i know women who dig sports as much as men
    guess you either do or you dont, not sure it can really be explained

    because sports get you physically and mentally fit and it shows good leadership and teamwork is an important part of society. If you can't understand that then I pray that you don't end up as the CEO of some big company.not to mention sports are fun as hell (and hey, if ur better at a sport then someone else then all the better )
