I think this is an excellent idea.How about if we have an annual FST awards night, with a month leading up the awards to make nominations?
Award members for things like:
Creepiest avatar (see wacko jacko's for an example)
Most helpful member
Best newcomer
Most n00b friendly member
Best tip
That's just to get the ball rolling... more award suggestions, anyone?
Also, we could impliment a voting system similar to the ratings slashdot members give on a per post basis.
Post ratings could be like:
great post
good post
funny post
crap joke/pun
old news
spam
stfu/gtfo
It'll just give members a bit more interactivity and be good for a laugh.
