vlc is one of the best players, but this is a really frustrating problem. whenever i play an avi, and i don't fast fwd to any point, the audio and video play fine. if i click the time bar thingy, after a while it skips like 1 second of audio. video seems to play fine, but after a while it skips 1 sec of audio. it's really annoying there's speech and u miss a whole word. wtf is this?

and what's really weird, i use vlc on my 6 yr old HP PIII 800 mhz with 128mb of ram, and vlc doesn't have this problem. wtf?
