thnx a lot 4 the help but ive tried all that ive messed w/ all the options a lot AND i have used the fps mod AND i have all patches/drivers/updates/service pack 1 but NOTHING helps thats y im so desperate but also gettin discouaged
maybe service pack 2 will help me yea right........

EDIT: i really like playing gta3 and thats y im so desperate 2 fix it but maybe ill just have 2 deal w/ it 4 next month and hope 2 god that vice city doesnt fuck up, i mean cmon, look at those ss's!!!!! its crap
