plug the case fan in?
liquid nitrogen?
underclock?

ad 2 case fans.. one for intake one for output of air... my case temp is 30 degrees idle.

At the shop we deal with heat issues in Dells and Compaqs all the time.
This has lead to quite a bit of R&D and I'm pleased to announce that we've solved the problem.
It's entirely possible to keep your name brand PC at/near room ambient by simply removing the power cord from the PSU.
This easy modification not only lowers your temps significantly, but Windows is ever so much more stable.
