767 within that time isnt possible must have been an error when transmitting the score

nr.1 and 2 for Cutie Quake are also not possible

I think the times are affected in the same way as the comments because of the "highest score only" thing. Looks like it only records the comment and time for the user's first attempt on the scoreboard and carries them forward to subsequent attempts.
