Updates For Arcade And More

Installed arcade.

It should be working, although in the synapse skin the navbar has no link to it.

Some games will be added later, or tommorrow. If anyone finds any they would like put on, post them.

the forum wasn't working for a few mins, a few mins ago, try again.

Main page will show up if a guest (i.e. not logged in), but if logged in the "not got permission" page shows up.

Forum permissions need updating, perhaps?

Ya i set guests to be able to see teh games, but not play them. Not sure if it will stay that way.

I'm looking into the forum permissions, but it all looks like it's set right.
