    I dont use bt much these days although need to upload something occasionally which would be on public sites and with all the changes lately the trackers I have used in the past ar now offline so Im lloking for a decent reliable tracker with good uptime of couse...

    I don't know of any, but am curious what you plan to upload. If it's music, OiNK allows uploads.

    I use Sladinki 007 --> http://www.sladinki007.net/

    Its stable and free. Use MakeTorrent2 to make torrents and then track em' with sladinki!
