    Open Photoshop

Click "Help", then click "Welcome Screen".

but could i have like NEW, OPEN, BROWSE, SAVE FOR WEB, SAVE, and all that stuff insteaad of going into file and then one of those. Photshop Elements had the toolbar like that.

I never even knew there was such a toolbar. I've been using photoshop for years.

The pic comes from Photoshop Elements. Its like a easy personal version of photoshop for the normal home user. It costs like 100.

i used to have it but i recently got CS2 but i saw there is no toolbar like this. It made saving and opening much quicker and more convinient than going to file.

    Keyboard shortcuts > toolbars

Edit: No, that is not a menu path to adding a toolbar. Using toolbars is inefficient.

    ctrl+o = open file
    ctrl+n = new file
    alt+ctrl+o = browse
    ctrl+s = save
    shift+ctrl+s = save as
    alt+shift+ctrl+s = save for web

More shortcuts in Edit menu -> Keyboard shortcuts, or alt+shift+ctrl+k

Edit 2: Hit the Summarize button to export an html file of the keyboard shortcuts. Just found that feature... pretty nifty.
