Is it possible to tranfer data directly to the mp3 player without using the card reader?

My mp3 player is a "MPIO FL100" and the card reader is a "Motionflash USB 2.0"
Yes I can transfer songs to the mp3 player with the mpio mamnger program but it sucks ass, most of the time it freezes.It takes a half and hour to put 13 songs on the SD card via that app.Ive been trying all day to fix this.

Well, I fixed the booting into MPIO RECORD folder problem, Its was just the latest firmware. It sucks... As far as the TAG INFO on the songs that still isnt working...
