None. I started out with Norton Internet Security, but that slowed my PC down like a bitch. Next I switched to McAfee, that was a lot faster, but after a few months it would start slowing down.
I ran AVG for a couple of months, and that was pretty good. What really annoyed me though was that it blocked a lot of keygens, and even after disabling AVG you could not open the keygen. So, I gave up. Now I have no AV.
That's not very smart. Especially if you pirate software.None. I started out with Norton Internet Security, but that slowed my PC down like a bitch. Next I switched to McAfee, that was a lot faster, but after a few months it would start slowing down.

Either get a better system dude or try Kaspersky or NOD32 which don't seem to affect performance on the systems I tried it on.
Also never install the full security suite. AV+Firewall+Antispyware+other crap. All you need is AV and a the windows firewall and the firewall on your router active. When you install all the crap security software comes with, they will make your PC crawl. Especially Norton and Mcafee. Also if you have Vista just disable that windows defender crap. It does slow your system down.
Kaspersky Anti-virus 6
