I cant even speak English.
The only place I have heard English spoken is in Inverness. Most other places in the UK, English is spoken with an accent you could cut with a knife.
@ Guillaume, If you take the dictionary out off your mouth maybe you could speak fluent Spanish. I was going to make another comment but Entente Cordiale and all that.(with a thick French accent) and a bit of spanish (with a thick French accent and a dictionary).
