Tone up my stomach and thigh muscles simultaneously?
I don't enjoy monotonous daily crunches, or anything like the sorts.
And I don't do swimming, in fear of swimsuits.
Any idea's?

I used to be in A team at netball, and made a cracking Goal Defense.
But was slightly fitter back when.
