Firefox is great. Some pages have compatibility issues, but thats the only problem I have really run into, but they have a "launch in ie" extension that works great.

Only the software sucks so if you don't use it then it's just the same as any other ISP. I'm on AOL and have been for years, I've also not used the software since Version 5.Well Im with AOL...SHAME ON ME!!!

I'd have swapped if the speeds were poor or if the connection was dodgy but as it is I'm uploading, downloading or both 24/7 and never had any problems.
No need to beat yourself up about using them as an ISP but using their browser, mail client or tech-help is another matter entirely, avoid them like the plague, install your own software and get tech-help from rossco
