    Is there a way to pen these MAC disc images with PC software? A software like WIN ISO, or something that would open up the .toast file?

    there is a utlily that can convert them to iso images but they are unreadable in any PC app

    I found ISObuster version 1.7 opens TOAST files only if you register it, that is funny that none of the other versions read it, only the latest, but I am just going to download the PC version, I looked in it with isobuster, and there is no install exe, so whatever.
