the releasers moved to newsgroups, they then get spread to torrents and ed2k within a day or two.

incorrect. lately they are first on private torrentsites before they are uploaded on usenet

torrentbytes and FL for example have them within an hour/1,5 after pre

they are all disappearing, irc/newsgroups are the safest bet.

torrentspy is a good source for searching for tv episodes. I've had a bit of luck keeping current.
