Should say on the page where it asks you if you want to download it now or save to disk or w/e. Thats where ive seen it.

The thing is... if you change the "d" to an "e" it skips that first screen, and takes you strait to the download one. So I'm not exactly sure how many people have downloaded it... I'll try it again.

It would be good to know for certain. Maybe a mod can upload a file and do a controlled experiment with a load of proxies. I happen to have a few.
