Well..do yall think like one exhaust fan would be enough to cool a underclocked system?

dude, u really don't need 7 fans. get like 2 exhaust and 2 intake. that's prob the max u'll need.
my setup rite now, my cpu never goes higher than 41C during games. my graphx card goes up to 40 on really really hot days (80-90F). what u might be doing is overexhausting. ur blowing too much air out when u don't really need to.
take out a few fans. seriously
You really thought you'd slide that one by us, didn't you?Originally Posted by abu_has_the_power

You can't remove more heat than is present, unless you can supply that special HDD again.

after moving my PC to the basement i decided to take out all the case fans as it was too loud when i tried to watch movies, play games on my xbox....
and with all the case fans out my oced cpu still runs quite cool
btw its at 2.4ghz
yep, my magic maxtor 120gb hdd. it's sitting in my shelf rite now. i replaced both my 120gb hdd's with 200gb hdds. now they get pretty hot. when defraging, they go up to 50C!!! rite now they're doing 40'sC. sigh. i miss my magical self cooling 120gb maxtor. lolOriginally Posted by lynx
y is clocker always trying to make me look bad? i mean, 2 years ago, i was a serious noob, but hey, i'm only 16.
and from personal experience, what i said makes sense. i only have 3 fans, and one of them is completely covered by a thick layer of dust. my cpu's still pimpin 30C rite now.
He isn't. You do a fine job of that all by yourself.Originally Posted by abu_has_the_power
