errm, the title was supposed to be a reference to the common phrase and sandwiches, meh

inspired by, err, myself to devoted a thread to all things tasty crammed between two slices of bread.

Cornflakes and tomato sauce is an intresting sandwich combination.
No butter, obviously.

bread + crisps = good, no butter

Toasted cheese sandwich (open), with a fried egg on top.

Pepper, on the cheese. Salt, on the egg.

Cheese should be under grill until it browns a bit. Egg should have soft yolk, but not runny white.

Alternatively you can use a poached egg, but that's a bit girly.
