I just reformatted my computer... and noticed that when I check my processes in Ctrl+Alt+Delete.... System Idle Process uses up 90-99% of the CPU... Is that normal? If so then sorry, just that it seems strange like that...

Same here,it's always been like that.Don't think it's doing any harm.
I have a 99 in my System Idle Processes as well, but on the very next tab it says CPU Usage: 2 percent
So it would be considered normal and I can ignore it right?

System Idle is exactly what it means
it shows the amount of CPU that isnt processing any thing
so if System Idle = 99% it means only about 1% of the CPU is currently being used
