Never, you can download mods and crap for it on the pc.
can somebody post the system req. (im too lazy to look for it somewhere else)

i went back and played this on ps2, i was laughing everytime ihit someone, finally made it to a 6star wanted level, took less than 3 mins, go to the police department, run inside, grab the shotty, instant 2 star, run riot killing cops that come for you, and bam, you'll be at 6 stars in no time. it's hella fun. the only reason i got on was to fly the jet, which is still slow as hell and sucks to flyi hear the xbox version is cleaned up so nice, the scenerary is much crisper, man i want this game....again.
