Thread: best program to cut video...

    I want to edit out one scene of an xvid dvd file, what is the best way to do this. I just want one part of the movie, and the rest is just taking up hd space.
    signature removed, check the boardrules.

    virtualdub - http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/v...0.zip?download
    select the section you want (mark with the last 2 arrows bottom right)
    use > video > full processing mode
    & video>compression>xvid
    file>save as

    I use "easy video splitter/joiner"

    2 different pieces of sofware and the name says it all. thats all the do, cut and split and a piece of piss to use.
