    Question Mark

Did anyone see the movie Twelve Monkeys with Bruce Willis?

    I dont understand the ending...

I know James Cole came from the future. But I dont understand the part about the virus. Because the guy who should have take it all over the world opened one of the bottles which suppost to contain the virus when he went through the security and he wasnt stopped @ the airport so if there was a virus is it it wasnt stopped.

So... was there a virus or not

Yes there is a virus, hench why BW had to go back in time, basically the people in the future didn't know much about the virus. They thought it was released by a group of Animal lovers called the Twelve Monkeys and started in animals and developed into humans (thats why BW is told to get loads of animals before the outbreak so future people can analyse them and why he eats the spider in the mental ward)

BW doesn't find out in time that the virus was released by that guy so he cannot save it.

yes there was a virus. pay attention to the old lady who sits next to him to on the airplane, after that. bruce (cole) didnt stop him from releasing the virus, but he did succeed in leading the future-scientists to the virus guy because... SPOILER ALERT... the lady on the plane is one of the future-scientists, so youre meant to assume that she is able to get a pure sample of the virus from him so that she can go back to the future and develop a cure. this was cole's mission all along, to lead them to the original virus (before it mutates)... cole was just trying to stop the outbreak because he thought he had a chance to do it, but THAT was not his real mission.
