I have everest and I was wondering where I should go to find out what make of PSU and what wattage I have. Do all parts of a PC connect to the PSU for extra power or just certain parts?

only certain parts connect to the psu for power. the motherboard is the major one. harddrives, cd drives, floppy drives, fans and newer video cards all connect to it directly for power.
but the psu does power everything in the computer.

there's no way to see any info about your PSU brand or model, or how many watts it can handle/is using. you can see the voltages tho (not sure where in everest, but mbm5 can do it, or look in your bios).

Open the case and look at the sticker on the PSU.
