linksys router and wireless pci, so i was connected on the internet with 4 signals and then i unpluged my router and turned off my modemn, how come i was still connected!??! can someone explain to me what just happened?

lol hey i got my own connection i think mine is faster too lols this internet is so slow, i got so much interference i pulled my computer out from outta my desk to get reception if i dont i get no signal =(
