    hi all

when i try to burn an iso thats bigger than 2gig - nero tells me it cant and asks me to try udf instead. is there a way to turn this off to burn 4gig iso's? cos udf doesnt seem to work?

or how does everyone else burn off large iso's? i really want o burn off san andreas xbox you see.....

the files good and properly unrared so its a good iso - i know thats not the problem - and ftp wont work as my xbox's in a different house than my pc

    any ideas?

    cheers in advance

has to be something in your nero settings.

do you have the latest version? if not, now would be a good time to uninstall it completely and remove any registry keys and directories that may remain.

download latest version from http://www.nero.com/en/select_server.php?pak=1 (select germany - us server is slow as hell)

pm me your email address and i'll send you a KG

I have found that DiscJuggler is the best for burning games. It burned games that both Nero, and Alcohol would not. I wasted 10 CD-R's on trying to burn one game between Nero, and Alcohol. Those programs refused to burn the game. I tried DiscJuggler, and the game burned perfectly on the first try...

I couldn't even get Discjuggler to work -- strangely, it would only burn tests and not actually DVDs...

Samurai, any benefit to going to a version after Nero 6 Ultra? (my 6 Ultra has very been reliable for ages).

    Cheers,
    -Noble

Forgive me if im wrong (its happened before) but, I THOUGHT you could only fit 750Mb of data on a disk without doing some compression to files that are bigger. is that info correct??
Protect me from what I want!

the reason he is getting that error in nero about changing to udf is you can't burn a normal data dvdr with files over 2 gigs, in order to do that you have to choose udf

the way you burn a iso in nero is
    open nero
    close the wizard
    choose recorder at the top
    choose burn image
