in related news, tom cruise has been flipping the fuck OUT all over television, re: scientology and katie holmes. he really IS frank t.j. mackey. the "i am quietly judging you because you won't let me control your mind" guy. he wasn't playing that guy, he IS that guy. my guess is that this has a lot to do with switching publicists... his old publicist was doing a great job of making him appear sane, and his new one does not have the ability or the motivation to keep him from acting crazy in public.

Since Batman was mentioned a few times in this thread I feel it's relevant to say: GO SEE BATMAN....YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! I saw it last night and I walked out of the theatre moreso please than when I saw Star Wars. The directing is amazing, the cast was chosen very well, and if you haven't read the comics (like me) there's plenty of substance in the movie to keep you interested.

On a side note, Tom Cruise is a psycho and he just got engaged to Katie Holmes. I predict a big scandal and then he will drive his career into the ground.
