    War of the Words classic is already out in VHS form... There is another war of the world in DVD dont get it confused with the classic...lol I did and it was a low budget freesbie lmao

    War of the Worlds classic 1953 is on Ares for download...I'm dl'ing it now and its the right movie. I hope it will fit on a dvd

    Bit worried about wotw though, can they do justice to the orig? Even if the sfx of the orig look crap today, they must've been Spielbergesque at the time, they're really gonna have to pull out all the stops this time!

    I dl, coverted and burned my 2nd sucessful DVD..woot woot I got the 1953 version then I'll go the theatre to see the new version...I can't wait!

    Since Batman was mentioned a few times in this thread I feel it's relevant to say: GO SEE BATMAN....YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! I saw it last night and I walked out of the theatre moreso please than when I saw Star Wars. The directing is amazing, the cast was chosen very well, and if you haven't read the comics (like me) there's plenty of substance in the movie to keep you interested.

    On a side note, Tom Cruise is a psycho and he just got engaged to Katie Holmes. I predict a big scandal and then he will drive his career into the ground.
