hey, i got a problem with gta, i get it working first time i logg into windows, well most of the time it works the first time, but then when i quit it just loads a black screen then nothing, also, sometimes it makes the computer restart, but i think that may just be my usual hardware problems but anyway i am building a new computer soon so i dont need ot worry about it restarting, i just need to get it to load

when i play it, it plays great, i can play gta san ace, on high settings, maximum draw or whatever it is, fram limiter off, but no anti antliasing, but i am going to get a x800xt graphics card.

so any ideas why it could be restarting like this, becouse the download could not have bieng alterd and corrups becouse as i said it plays perfectly when i can get on it, also when it does not work sometimes, it lowers my dislay setting to extreamly low eg, 4bit display and 600x400 reseloution, also sometimes when it starts it just comes on and you can only see quarter of the whole screen becouse of the such high reseloution.

this is tottaly baffling me, took me almost 70 hours to get this download

Chances are he used Bittorent, the curse of all n00bs.

Try reinstalling the game and your graphics card drivers.

Half way through making a new Video, this one won't be as long but the footage is much better.

HEY, there aint anything wrong wit downloading games, i am trying to save money, becouse i am oging to build a kick as computer.

noobs are people who are tottaly crap at games, or say on unreal tournament, they just camp all the time, or stand on top of towers picking people off with there shick rifles.

No, n00b means you are new at something and no very skilled in it. Downloading games is fine, im just saying you used a shit methid to download to game, and it might be why you had such along download time and why your having problems.

and what would you suggest i use, i hate irc, i used to use limwire wich was no good, and sometimes with torrent you can get some supoer fast downloads, as once i was downloading windows longhorn, ad it was downloading at my maximum speed for my connection off torrents, torrent sites have more downloads aswell.

yes i did have a slow download of gta san andreas, avarage speed was 14.4kbps, but speeds ranged from 4kbps all the way up to 110kbps

Yeah Kazaa/P2P/bittorrrent are a nightmare for downloading huge files, especially if they are new releases. Try newsgroups instead. It's not a simple as P2P but it's the fastest & most reliable method to download files.

How's the new video coming along Peerzy? Have you ever tried Windows Movie Maker? I've found it's significantly quicker & easier to use than Premier Pro. It can give better results too unless you are some kind of serious video making professional and know all the ins & outs of Premier Pro.
