    I've been hearing alot of poeple saying that they modded their xbox and they can play online.How do you modd a xbox and still be able to play online without getting a modchip.When You mod your xbox is it modd forever or you can turn it like on and off?

    u can turn it on and off

    u can play online only if u have the game on ur hdd...and the modchip has to be turned off...

    yea but that is not using Xbox Live and u can only play games that are System Link Compatible to play on xlink or xbc

    and to tell u the truth most of xlink and xbc servers are empty except for the halo ones...and the usual other ones...

    i just gave my input as he was talking about online gaming, and not just live...

    but yeah, you are right, you should only consider them if you're playing halo and a couple of racing games...

    you can play xbl with a modded box, i ran into it today for the first time on halo 2, the guy literally flew across the map and planted the bomb in about 10 seconds(this being containment). of course it has been going on for awhile now, bungie even put a warning up in the pregame lobby "haxors will be banned".

    my friend was telling me that he got action replay and he doesent have to reload or anything. Just wondering if that is true

    concurred! snipers shoot like 10shots in 2 secs, all other weapons fire faster than a bat out of hell. wouldnt go jumping on the bandwagon tho, bungie will ban you.

    can bungie still ban you if you use action replay or a modchip in like custom games but not matchmaking?
