Okay I have some concerns with Norton Internet security, and some problems that I have with sites that I use.

    1. When I go to torrentbytes.com, none of the Images load, this is because Norton Internet security is blocking it, and I dont know how to unblock it. When I turn NIS off, the pages load fine with everything.

    2. At gmail.com I cannot delete things in my spam folder when Internet Security is enabled, but when I turn it off, it works fine.

    3. At purevolume.com, I am unable to edit my band's schedule/upload mp3's or whatever else, to do this, I have to click a button that opens up a java script popup, so that probably has to do with that.

Can someone explain to me how to allow these sites in my firewall so I can view them without problems?

Arrgh! The page has been corrupted. If you are running security or firewall software, you may have to disable it. Learn more
Thats what happens when I load my spam folder in Gmail. I disabled parental control, and that fixed the torrentbytes problem. It also fixed the purevolume problem, but I dont know why I am getting that message on gmail...

ill tell you one thing now, any Norton program is horrible, even the scanner. As sad as this sounds, free scanners do a better job at detecting and deleting viruses. Norton is horrible!

hmmm. I have a similar problem with file transfers using AIM. I have to disable NIS to send/receive files. Haven't figured out how to enable it within the program. I haven't found a solution online and I can't imagine I'm the only one with this issue.

with torrentbytes you have to ad the website to the adblock list and choose "permit".

add purevolume to the list also (though that is under popups not ads)

Thats your opinion, and your entitled to it . Symantec Corp. works very well for many people me included.
