My recycle bin says there is stuff in there so I open it to see what it is. When I open it though, it's empty. I click 'Empty recycle bin' and then it asks if I want to delete 'WINDOWS'. Wtf?

Mine does that sometimes too, When you click yes it wont do anything. Its just windows being stupidNothing to worry about tho
