Well, if you are a non-smoker, perhaps the scene just got better for U.
Our mayor (Bloomberg) just managed to pass a law which states that
nobody can smoke at a bar. Believe that; we are turning into L.A. Damn it!

I like the ocational cigarrette at a bar. Goes well with my favorite beer.

It&#39;s actually not rained for about a month in Glasgow just now...and most of that time, it has been sunny too.
