They know they are killing innocent civilians, and don't care, blowing a car up in the middle of a crowded street with rockets is a reckless and deliberate killing of innocent people, designed to terrorise them as much as to kill their targets. Would you have approved of the British Army using the same methods against the Northern Irish?
