I m trying to upload some music files on alt.binaries.mp3 server using PowerPost2000 but i m getting a connection error every time i click on post icon.
I have followed the newsgroup uploading guide by fkdup74, but still having prbs.
I have added "alt.binaries.mp3" server in the Newsgroup list in PowerPost2000, and followed all the steps, but when i click on post i get an error: "Can't connect to the server".
Can someone plz help me?

If I reacall some servers dont allow ul unless you request to be able to do so.
You may want to contact them and see what their policy is perhaps...

Yes,some newshosts don't allow uploading unless you specificly ask for it.
It's to prevent SPAM being send through their servers to Usenet.

OK....so how do i ask for it? how do i get in contact with them?

Who's your News provider? Read the FAQ on there website and it usually points you in the right direction.
