Hi, I think they're experiencing a bit of downtime at the moment because my Winamp plug-in isn't working.
Where are you getting this "Handshake" message? I installed iTunes ('cos I have never used it myself) and I can get Audioscrobbler installed and active but not updating. I haven't seen the "Handshake" message yet though...

Seems it's not working properly for any of us. Weird as it's worked perfectly for weeks til this thread.

I got you now. It says on there that the server is down for me.
I noticed they said on the website a new version of the website will be open in the next few weeks so maybe there working on that and thats why were getting down time.
