I had Chicken, prepared by cooking a Chicken. Then removing bits from the carcass. The breastal area for me.
I accompanied that with some Warburton's wholemeal bread, with the (olive oil) spread which used to be called Olivio.

I bought a tub of Clover from the local Costcutter on Monday which cost £2.50, I saw the same size tub in Sainsbury's today for £1.29
