    Can someone take this 271KB .gif and make it 100KB or less? Would that be possible?

    mulder is using it as an av on cheebus's board, dunno' how big his is.

    I used to use ulead gif animator for this kind of thing, but I don't have it now, sorry.
    If you get a hold of it what you do is reduce the colours, make it as few as possible (not many to begin with on that, but there may be a couple of greytones you can lose, and maybe variations in the red)

    And after that, you'll have to reduce the framesize, if it isn't enough, and maybe strip it of any dots and stuff you don't need, manually in photoshop. And maybe you can drop a few frames, and adjust the timing so it stilll keeps the same pace.

    Dunno' if that's any use, but that's what I'd try.
