Sim City 4 Iso's

could someone please tell me how to put them on to disc
ive got clone cd xl but when i write the image it just copys
the file as i got it im a noobi or if thers some way else i can do it with out putting then on disc ive got winiso i can extract both files run exe then it asks for second disc this is were i get stuck please help
