2 questions new to this need some help

i'm all new to this and have just started i don't know if the post is in the right section but my first question is i have just downloaded a game that has 3 files ccd,img,sub and i would like to put all three files onto one cd-r disk but don't know what program to use or how to can anyone help and second question i have downloaded virtual game station but i can't save the game i am playing i have created a memory card save in my documents but when i go to play the game it keeps coming up data destroyed the game is beyond the beyond the game had ccd,img,sub files but i only put ccd on cd-r disk could that be why i can't save can anyone help with a guide or someting thankyou to anyone that can help
