Uninstall Software

Just wondering if anyone here uses uninstall software such as

* Norton CleanSweep
* McAfee Uninstaller

That monitor what actually gets installed on your PC, so it can be properly removed.
After one myself but want some recomindations.

I use add/remove pro,its freeware.Here is what it says on their site

Add/Remove Pro v. 2.06 - displays the entries in the Add/Remove Programs list of Windows Registry, checks if each is valid, and uninstalls the selected program or removes the entry from the list
