Health and downloading question

OK. This might be an simple question for most people, but since this is the first thing I've ever downloaded from any torrent site site, gimme a break.

I started this download about three days ago. It started out with a health of about 97 but slowly diminished throughout the download until it finally reached zero. The download has thus stopped and has been sitting at zero ever since. What does this mean? Will it ever resume or is it dead?





ps - BitComet's definition of "Health" wasn't very helpful either:

This is ridiculous! I completey cleared that old download out and started fresh, and the download stopped at exactly 97.8% AGAIN!!!!!

That d/l will stop there every time cos that's what the other 55 peers have got, if the site you are getting it from has a request forum then you can ask someone who has the whole file to jump back on that torrent to seed it for a short time.
