Ok now this is starting to tick me off... I been getting Error Messages from the Programs I need to Install... Example:

When I try to install Alcohol 120% I get this message: 'Error 1606. Could not access network location %USERPROFILE%\RECENT\

When I try to install Diskkeeper Pro 9 I get: 'Error 1402. Could not open key: UNKNOWN\DfrgSnapin.DfrgSnapin.1\CLSID. Verifiy that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

And it is driving me nuts >< if you happen to know what is up I do need input.. And lastly I do NOT want to Format ><

Looks like some registry corruption, I don't know what you can do about it, except rolling back to the last good restore point you have

No worries.. It was a Registry Problem for both but fixed since someone from another FOrum helped me out.. THanks though.
