You can just press the 'Print Screen' key on your keyboard. This saves an image of the screen to the clipboard so you can paste this into any paint program and save as a jpeg.
Alternatively there are other programs which will save a screen grab straight to jpeg for you.
that's probably the best way too.
To take a shot of an individual window, click on the window you want to grab, then hit Alt+Print Screen. Saves you the bother of cropping out any bits of screen you don't want.
MS Paint is quick and easy enough to save a screeny to .jpg
Open Paint, hit ctrl+v then ctrl+s, choose the folder, name the pic and you're done.
Unless you want to take lots of screen shots of a movie or game and have them put into a certain folder automatically, there's no point installing an additional program.

Great!
Thanks for the info! It's pretty easy
Just one question, will the page get printed, or is there a way to stop it?
No, the page won't be printed. If ever you do want it to be printed, just print it yourself when you paste it into the paint app.
