No, I don't think that is possible. Virtual PC Windows allows you to create separate “virtual machines” on top of your Windows desktop, where you can install virtually any PC-based operating system including OS/2, Linux, Solaris, NetWare or other versions of Windows.

But, if you do manage to get it running, please share how you did it, as I've always wanted to use Jaguar

No such thing(yet).
There is a way to emulate Windows on a MAC tho.
